Hexcel is seeking a Key Account Manager for its defense and space markets. This remote position, preferably located near Salt Lake City, UT or a major US airport, is an individual contributor role focused on driving business unit growth. The role reports to the Director of Customer Business Teams and is responsible for executing customer strategies in the Americas, driving global next-generation customer program developments, and overseeing all customer-related activities. This includes managing existing business, increasing market share, and identifying and maturing growth pursuits aligned with customer and Hexcel technology roadmaps. It is a key strategic and operational leadership role that will partner with and mentor fellow Account Managers, Technical Service, and supply chain teams in the strategic development of customer growth.
