About The Position

The eCommerce Fulfillment Associate carries out Blain’s Farm & Fleet’s Customer Service Mission and operational functions. The role involves identifying, weighing, and moving products for processing and shipping; preparing workstations; packing and labeling shipments; and coordinating special shipping arrangements with shipping providers. Associates are expected to follow Loss Prevention and safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Great communication skills.
• Able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend.
• Able to pass a background check.

• Prior retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, weigh, and move products to the appropriate area for processing and shipping.
• Prepare the shipping and processing station.
• Stack and restack pallets.
• Scan and label boxes for shipping.
• Pack, tape, and secure boxes for shipping.
• Process shipments and arrange special product shipping with the shipping provider.
• Demonstrate awareness of and comply with Loss Prevention and safety policies and procedures.
