About The Position

The eCommerce Fulfillment Associate carries out Blain’s Farm & Fleet’s Customer Service Mission and operational functions. The role includes identifying, weighing, and moving products for processing and shipping; preparing shipping and processing stations; handling pallets; scanning, labeling, packing, and securing boxes; processing shipments; coordinating special product shipping with shipping providers; and following Loss Prevention and safety policies and procedures. The position may require evening work and at least every other weekend.

Requirements

Great communication skills.
Able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend.
Able to pass a background check.

Prior retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Identify, weigh, and move products to the appropriate area for processing and shipping.
Prepare shipping and processing stations.
Stack and restack pallets.
Scan and label boxes for shipping.
Pack, tape, and secure boxes for shipping.
Process shipments and arrange special product shipping with shipping providers.
Demonstrate awareness of and comply with Loss Prevention and safety policies and procedures.
