About The Position

The eCommerce Fulfillment Associate carries out the company’s Customer Service Mission and operational functions related to processing and shipping products. Duties include identifying, weighing, and moving products to the appropriate processing area; preparing shipping stations; handling pallets; scanning and labeling boxes; packing and securing shipments; and coordinating shipment processing, including special-product shipping with a shipping provider. The associate must follow Loss Prevention and safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Great communication skills.
• Able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Identify, weigh, and move products to the appropriate area for processing and shipping.
• Prepare the shipping and processing station.
• Stack and restack pallets.
• Scan and label boxes for shipping.
• Pack, tape, and secure boxes for shipping.
• Process shipments and arrange special-product shipping with the shipping provider.
• Demonstrate awareness of and comply with Loss Prevention and safety policies and procedures.
