About The Position
The Ecommerce Assistant sorts and selects merchandise for online sale, prepares items for listing, and maintains online inventory and orders. The role includes cleaning and photographing merchandise, writing item descriptions, researching item details using online resources, and listing items with descriptions, photos, and pricing through ecommerce software. The assistant also handles customer service, monitors online competition, recommends improvements, maintains listing quality and compliance, and reports theft, loss, or safety concerns. This is a part-time position with a starting pay of $16.25 per hour. The position involves frequent hands-on tasks and physical activity.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
- Tech-savvy and detail-oriented.
- Clear written communication skills and basic photography skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

- Strong near, midrange, and color vision.
- Regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities
