About The Position

The eComm Fulfillment Center Representative is part of the Guest Relations Team in Golden, Colorado. This role works in a fast-paced environment to accurately fulfill online merchandise orders. The representative uses strong organizational skills to support merchandise sales and strategic brand initiatives, and collaborates daily with the eCommerce team to grow the business.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
1–3 years of experience in eCommerce fulfillment, warehouse operations, or retail.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or sit for extended periods.
Customer service mindset.
Ability to build relationships and collaborate toward desired outcomes.
Ability to complete complex projects quickly and adeptly while understanding business priorities.
Accountability for results, integrity, and honoring commitments.

Responsibilities

Pick, pack, and ship e-commerce orders accurately according to established best practices.
Lead daily returns, reshipments, and special requests.
Support “Ask Us” customer service communication.
Assist with merchandise intake, including quality control, tagging, and counting.
Organize and restock warehouse inventory.
