About The Position

As a part-time eComm Fulfillment Center Representative on the Guest Relations Team in Golden, Colorado, you will accurately fulfill online merchandise orders in a fast-paced environment. You will use strong organizational skills to support merchandise sales and strategic brand initiatives, collaborating daily with the eCommerce team to grow the business.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of experience in eCommerce fulfillment, warehouse operations, or retail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or sit for extended periods.
• Customer service mindset.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate to achieve desired outcomes.
• Ability to complete complex projects quickly and adeptly while understanding business priorities.
• Accountability for results, integrity, and honoring commitments.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship e-commerce orders accurately according to established best practices.
• Lead daily returns, reshipments, and special requests.
• Support customer service communications through “Ask Us.”
• Assist with merchandise intake, including quality control, tagging, and counting.
• Organize and restock warehouse inventory.
