About The Position

This is a part-time position focused on fulfilling e-commerce orders. The role involves collecting and organizing products, packing, sealing, labeling, and preparing items for shipping. The associate will need to understand brands, shops, and internal inventory systems, execute project work plans, and communicate with leadership and team members to resolve issues. Maintaining a clean and organized work area is also a key responsibility. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a High School diploma or GED, with one to three months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of both. The role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to effectively communicate with all associates. All other duties as assigned will also be part of the role.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED)
  • One to three months of related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of both
  • Must be flexible to work assigned schedule between 9a.m. and 9p.m., Monday through Saturday, 10a.m. and 6p.m., Sunday
  • Schedule may include varied hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be available minimum of every other weekend or 2 weekends a month
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects

Responsibilities

  • Collect and organize products to complete orders from assigned lists
  • Pack, seal, label, and affix postage to prepare materials for shipping
  • Understand brands, shops, and internal inventory systems
  • Execute project work plans to complete the task on time, and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
  • Communicate with leadership and other team members to resolve problems or questions
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Effectively communicate with all associates
  • All other duties as assigned
