About The Position

This role is responsible for collecting and organizing products to complete orders, packing, sealing, labeling, and affixing postage to prepare materials for shipping. The position requires understanding brands, shops, and internal inventory systems, executing project work plans, and communicating with leadership and team members to resolve issues. Maintaining a clean and organized work area and the ability to work independently and with a team are also key aspects of this role.

Requirements

Minimum of a High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED)
One to three months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of both
Must be flexible to work assigned 4-5 hour shift between 7am-9pm Monday through Friday
Weekend shifts are 8-10 hours on Saturday between 8:30 am to 9:30 pm and 10am and 6pm Sunday
Schedule may include varied hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be available a minimum of every other weekend and 1-2 shifts during the week
Ability to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk and hear with or without reasonable accommodation
Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects

Responsibilities

Collect and organize products to complete orders from assigned lists
Pack, seal, label, and affix postage to prepare materials for shipping
Understand brands, shops, and internal inventory systems
Execute project work plans to complete the task on time, and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
Communicate with leadership and other team members to resolve problems or questions
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Ability to work independently and with a team
Effectively communicate with all associates
All other duties as assigned
