Requirements

  • Minimum of a High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED)
  • One to three months of related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of both
  • Must be flexible to work assigned 4-5 hour shift between 7am-9pm Monday through Friday
  • Weekend shifts are 8-10 hours on Saturday between 8:30 am to 9:30 pm and 10am and 6pm Sunday
  • Schedule may include varied hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be available a minimum of every other weekend and 1-2 shifts during the week
  • Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk and hear with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Must perform job duties in a fashion that minimizes the risk of injury

Responsibilities

  • Collect and organize products to complete orders from assigned lists
  • Pack, seal, label, and affix postage to prepare materials for shipping
  • Understand brands, shops, and internal inventory systems
  • Execute project work plans to complete the task on time, and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
  • Communicate with leadership and other team members to resolve problems or questions
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Effectively communicate with all associates
  • All other duties as assigned
