Requirements

Minimum of a High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED)
One to three months of related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of both
Must be flexible to work assigned 4-5 hour shift between 7am-9pm Monday through Friday
Weekend shifts are 8-10 hours on Saturday between 8:30 am to 9:30 pm and 10am and 6pm Sunday
Schedule may include varied hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be available a minimum of every other weekend and 1-2 shifts during the week
Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk and hear with or without reasonable accommodation
Must perform job duties in a fashion that minimizes the risk of injury

Responsibilities

Collect and organize products to complete orders from assigned lists
Pack, seal, label, and affix postage to prepare materials for shipping
Understand brands, shops, and internal inventory systems
Execute project work plans to complete the task on time, and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
Communicate with leadership and other team members to resolve problems or questions
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Ability to work independently and with a team
Effectively communicate with all associates
All other duties as assigned
