About The Position

Scheels is seeking a Part-Time ECOM Fulfillment Associate to join their team. This role is responsible for collecting and organizing products to complete customer orders, packing, sealing, labeling, and preparing them for shipment. The associate will utilize internal inventory systems and work with leadership and team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. A clean and organized work area is essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively with all associates and leadership. This position requires a strong sense of ownership, integrity, and a commitment to delivering a personalized customer experience.

Requirements

Minimum of a High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED)
One to three months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of both
Ability to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation
Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
Follow all safety procedures and perform job duties in a fashion that minimizes the risk of injury

Responsibilities

Collect and organize products to complete orders from assigned lists
Pack, seal, label, and affix postage to prepare materials for shipping
Understand brands, shops, and internal inventory systems
Execute project work plans to complete the task on time, and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
Communicate with leadership and other team members to resolve problems or questions
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Ability to work independently and with a team
Effectively communicate with all associates
All other duties as assigned
