About The Position

As the eClose Support Administrator, you will ensure the success of Remote Online Notarization (RON) and eClose operations by coordinating meetings, tracking project pipelines, and serving as the primary contact for vendor partners and internal teams. In this role, your dedicated support will help keep operations running smoothly and ensure that issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment, with a knack for managing relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Experience analyzing data and using digital tools to track progress and solve business problems.
  • A commitment to providing high-quality, professional support to all stakeholders with a helpful and "can-do" approach.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities seamlessly.
  • A basic understanding of business practices and a comfort level with virtual learning environments.
  • A proactive approach to researching information and making sound decisions to support the team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and technical support for eClose and RON processes to our network, partners, and customers.
  • Monitor the eClose pipeline from configuration to closing, utilizing tools like Snapdocs, Stavvy, and Encompass to ensure everything stays on track.
  • Lead eClose-related calls by setting agendas, capturing meeting notes, and assigning action items to keep projects moving forward.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries regarding eClose and RON, assisting sales teams, settlement agents, and leadership.
  • Collaborate directly with vendor partners (such as Snapdocs, Stavvy, and ICE) to resolve technical issues and stay informed about system updates.
