The Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for building a robust culture of service by recruiting, onboarding, training, and engaging volunteers across all church ministries. This role ensures that ministry teams (e.g., hospitality, children, worship, facilities) are adequately staffed, and that volunteers are supported, recognized, and aligned with the church’s vision. This is an hourly position, initially anticipated to require approximately 20–25 hours per week. In addition to Sunday responsibilities (approximately 4 hours), the remaining hours can be distributed across Monday–Thursday as agreed upon, provided participation in key staff meetings (currently Monday and Tuesday mornings) is maintained. Flexibility is important in this role, including occasional evening or Saturday meetings, trainings, or ministry events. Weekly hours may be adjusted accordingly to accommodate these occasions.
