The Technology Early Talent Recruiter is responsible for managing full‑cycle recruiting for M&T Bank’s technology early‑career programs, including the Technology Development Program (TDP), Technology Internship Program (TIP), Z Development Program (ZDP), and the Technology High School Internship Program, in addition to other early talent hiring needs. This role partners closely with Technology leaders, Program Management, and external talent partners to design and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies that build strong talent pipelines aligned to current and future business needs. This role serves as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and delivers a best‑in‑class candidate experience while ensuring high‑quality, high‑caliber talent outcomes across multiple program models, including rotational programs, internships, apprenticeships, and early exposure initiatives.
