Reporting to the Sales Director, this role involves working with the Sales Team to provide assistance with specific projects aimed at managing and developing the dealer network and promoting products like material processing equipment. The first year will focus on learning the Powerscreen product range, building relationships with stakeholders, and understanding dealer and territory management. This includes product and applications training, creating field-based case studies, performing market share analysis, shadowing current territory managers, preparing dealer review documentation, and researching local markets to identify growth opportunities. In the second year, the focus shifts to Territory and Dealer Management, including developing annual business plans, setting dealer sales targets and forecasts, identifying and developing new dealer accounts, implementing sales and marketing initiatives, securing machine sales orders, maintaining commercial and technical knowledge, training dealer staff, understanding competitor offerings, and conveying feedback to engineering and market teams. The role also involves coordinating customer and dealer visits to the factory and ensuring dealer accounts are formally contracted according to Terex Standards.
