As an Early Intervention Specialist (12-Month Contract), you will act as a subject matter expert for both employers and employees, providing guidance and services that support recovery and facilitate safe and timely return-to-work outcomes. In this role, you will collect and assess medical information, coordinate return-to-work plans, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement accommodations or rehabilitation supports. Your work will help ensure effective case management and positive outcomes for employees experiencing medical absence. This role is a 12-month contract, and is preferably based in a hybrid arrangement out of our offices in Surrey, BC or Barrie, ON; However, we remain open to remote candidates located elsewhere in Canada.
