About The Position

Nyman Associates is seeking compassionate and reliable Early Intervention Paraprofessionals to support children ages 3–5 in accessing virtual therapy services. The role involves working directly with young children in their homes or preschool settings, helping them participate in play-based activities guided by a virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).

As an E-Helper, you provide essential support to children ages 3–5 so they can participate in virtual therapy sessions. Working under the direction of a virtual SLP, you help children engage in play-based learning activities in their homes or preschool settings.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with preschool-age children as a paraprofessional or classroom assistant.
• Comfort supporting children in homes and community preschool settings.
• Reliable transportation to travel to scheduled sessions throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Assist children with participation in play-based learning activities.
