About The Position

Elevation Autism Center is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide early intervention services to children ages 1–6 at one of its centers. The role has a small caseload of six clients and a billable expectation of 25 hours per week. Clinicians receive clinical and operational support, with opportunities to tailor their workload and increase earnings through additional billable hours, a larger caseload, or mentoring. Therapy hours are 8:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with no travel or weekend work. The position includes four work-from-home days per month and focuses on skill acquisition and trauma-assumed care.

Responsibilities

Provide early intervention services to children ages 1–6.
Manage a caseload of six clients; Level 2 and Level 3 BCBAs may carry up to eight clients.
Meet the 25-hour weekly billable expectation, with the option to take on additional billable hours.
Level 2 and Level 3 BCBAs may mentor Student Analysts or first-year BCBAs.
Collaborate with the Clinical Director, Behavior Analysts, and Speech Therapists.
Participate in clinical collaboration, mentorship, and continuing education activities.
