Early Intervention BCBA
About The Position
Elevation Autism is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide early intervention services to children ages 1–6 in a center-based setting. The role supports a small caseload of six clients and has a required billable expectation of 25 hours per week. BCBAs may choose to increase billable hours, expand their caseload where eligible, or mentor other clinicians to increase their compensation. The position emphasizes work-life balance, clinical collaboration, and evidence-based, compassionate care. BCBAs work alongside clinical directors, behavior analysts, and speech therapists, with operational teams managing staff and family schedules. Services focus on skill acquisition and trauma-assumed care.
Responsibilities
- Provide early intervention services to children ages 1–6.
- Manage a caseload of six clients, with Level 2 and Level 3 BCBAs eligible to carry up to eight clients.
- Meet a billable expectation of 25 hours per week, with the option to bill up to 30–31 hours per week.
- Collaborate with clinical directors, behavior analysts, and speech therapists.
- Provide mentorship to Student Analysts or first-year BCBAs if pursuing the applicable bonus option.
- Deliver services focused on skill acquisition and trauma-assumed care.
