About The Position

This part-time, center-based Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role serves children ages 2–7 and focuses on early intervention, social development, and school readiness. The clinical environment provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, support for communication, social, and daily living skills, natural environment and play-based learning, and in-person BCBA support and supervision.

Requirements

• Fluent in English.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Genuine interest in working actively and playfully with young children.
• Reliable transportation to and from the center.
• Able to sit, stand, and kneel on the floor throughout the day.
• Able to lift up to 45 pounds at a time.
• Able to safely respond to physically demanding behaviors per protocol.
• Able to remain attentive and focused in a busy environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with children.
• Experience with developmental disabilities.
• College coursework or a degree in psychology, education, early childhood development, special education, social work, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide center-based 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Implement treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation, collect data, and prepare reports.
• Teach life skills and support children's development.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development.
• Ensure compliance with BACB and company standards.
