About The Position

Arches ABA Therapy is hiring an ABA Behavior Technician to provide Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children ages 2–6 diagnosed with autism at its early intervention clinic in Covington, Louisiana. The role is part of a clinician-centric, accredited facility that emphasizes high-quality therapy, trust, accountability, support, and ongoing professional growth. The technician will work directly with young children to support their learning and development in a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• Experience working with children ages 2–6 is strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED or HiSET) required; written proof must be provided.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain Louisiana Behavior Analyst Board (LBAB) registered line technician certification.
• Must obtain and maintain CPR and BLS certifications.
• Valid, unexpired driver's license and proof of auto insurance required.
• Passion and patience for working with young children.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and lift and carry clients.
• Must be able to sit on the floor and stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to maintain a variety of stances, including standing, kneeling, crawling, and squatting, for extended periods.
• Must be able to run short distances.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must demonstrate manual dexterity to type, use electronic devices, and manipulate small items such as toys.
• Must have the visual acuity to read and comprehend written and electronic communication.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Experience working with children ages 2–6 is strongly preferred.
