About The Position

This part-time, center-based Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role serves children ages 2–7, with a focus on early intervention, social development, and school readiness. The clinical environment focuses on center-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy; communication, social, and daily living skills; natural-environment and play-based learning; and in-person BCBA support and supervision.

Requirements

• Fluent in English.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Genuine interest in working actively and playfully with young children.
• Reliable transportation to and from the center.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with children.
• Experience with developmental disabilities.
• College coursework or a degree in psychology, education, early childhood development, special education, social work, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide center-based 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Implement treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation, data collection, and reporting.
• Teach life skills and support children’s development.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development.
• Ensure compliance with BACB and company standards.
