About The Position

People Incorporated recently opened a new, state-of-the-art Early Education Center, and we�re seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Early Education Site Administrator to lead daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the delivery of a high-quality early education program. The Early Education Site Administrator is responsible for the operational, administrative, and regulatory oversight of all early education programming across both school locations. This role is a critical leadership position ensuring continuity of services, staff supervision, and full compliance with all applicable regulations, including those set forth by the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care and the Child and Adult Care Food Program. This position provides direct oversight of site leadership, supports classroom operations, ensures regulatory readiness at all times, and drives consistency, accountability, and high-quality performance across both sites. This position is responsible for administrative and program operations in support of the Program Director, with reporting responsibilities to the Vice President.

Requirements

  • Bachelor�s degree in Early Childhood Education, Human Services, or related field required
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in early childhood education required
  • Prior experience as a Program Director or equivalent senior leadership role required
  • Demonstrated experience successfully managing MA EEC licensing visits and maintaining full regulatory compliance required
  • Demonstrated experience managing and passing CACFP reviews/audits required
  • Strong familiarity with MA EEC regulations and CACFP requirements
  • Experience managing multi-site operations strongly preferred
  • Highly level of organization, decisive, and capable of actively managing both strategic priorities and day-to-day operations
  • Proven ability to lead in high-pressure environments and stabilize program operations
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to be physically present across both sites as needed
  • Ability to respond to urgent situations and provide on-site leadership
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe, compliant, and high-quality learning environment for all children
  • Infant/Child CPR and First Aid certification required.
  • Physicals are required upon hire and every two years.
  • MMRs are required upon hire.
  • A qualifying criminal background check, driving record, and valid driver�s license are required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight of both early education sites, ensuring safe, high-quality programming
  • Supervise and support School Directors, Assistant Directors, and key staff; provide direct oversight where needed
  • Ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained in compliance with ratios and licensing requirements
  • Respond to operational issues in real time, including staffing shortages, behavioral incidents, and family concerns
  • Establish structure, accountability, and consistency across both sites
  • Ensure full compliance with all regulations set forth by the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care (EEC)
  • Maintain audit-ready programs at all times, including documentation, supervision, health and safety practices, and classroom quality
  • Lead preparation for and response to EEC visits, licensing reviews, and investigations
  • Ensure proper implementation of policies related to child supervision, field trips, behavior management, and incident reporting
  • Oversee compliance with CACFP requirements across both sites, including: Meal pattern requirements and menu compliance, Accurate meal counts and attendance tracking, Enrollment and eligibility documentation, Recordkeeping and audit readiness
  • Work closely with program and kitchen staff to ensure adherence to all CACFP guidelines and corrective actions
  • Lead and oversee all hiring activities across both sites, including recruitment, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of staff
  • Partner with Human Resources to ensure efficient hiring processes and compliance with all requirements
  • Hold staff accountable to performance expectations, policies, and procedures
  • Provide coaching, redirection, and corrective action as needed
  • Oversee staff evaluations, performance management, and disciplinary actions
  • Reinforce expectations around professionalism, supervision, and engagement in the classroom
  • Oversee attendance systems, billing coordination, and documentation processes
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of required reports and records
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement improved systems and workflows
  • May serve as a point of escalation for family concerns and ensure appropriate, professional communication
  • Maintain strong relationships with families while reinforcing program expectations and policies
