About The Position

Kensington School is seeking passionate Early Childhood Teachers and Teacher Assistants to support young children and their families through early childhood education. The family-owned preschool has provided early childhood education for more than 55 years and offers educators opportunities to develop their skills, share their talents, and advance their careers. Educators are encouraged to bring their interests and creativity—such as art, science, sports, languages, or math—into the classroom. The school promotes from within and provides a dedicated Career Coach to support professional development. The role requires experience working with children from birth through age 5, a consistent Monday–Friday schedule, year-round availability, and qualifications meeting Illinois DCFS requirements for the position.
