Early Childhood Teachers and Teacher Assistants
About The Position
Kensington School is seeking Early Childhood Teachers and Teacher Assistants to provide early childhood education and help create positive first school experiences for children. The family-owned preschool offers opportunities to develop teaching skills, share personal interests and creativity in the classroom, and pursue professional growth and advancement. Staff can receive support from a dedicated Career Coach, and the organization is expanding with new school locations. Lead Teachers earn $22–$24 per hour, and Teacher Assistants earn $18.00 per hour. The roles require experience working with children from birth through age 5, a consistent full-time Monday–Friday schedule, year-round availability, and qualifications that meet Illinois DCFS requirements for the position.
