About The Position
Kensington School is seeking Early Childhood Teachers and Teacher Assistants to provide early childhood education to young children. The school is a growing, family-owned preschool that emphasizes creating a positive first school experience for children and offering staff opportunities for professional growth. Educators are encouraged to bring their individual strengths, interests, and creativity into the classroom. Career support includes opportunities for advancement and a dedicated Career Coach. The roles are year-round and require a consistent Monday–Friday schedule.
Requirements
- Experience working with children from birth through age 5.
- A genuine passion for helping young children learn and grow.
- Ability to work a consistent Monday–Friday schedule.
- Availability to work year-round.
- Qualifications that meet Illinois DCFS requirements for the position.
