About The Position
Hope Montessori Academy's Colorado Springs location is seeking an Early Childhood Teacher to join its growing team. The academy provides Montessori education and child care for children ages 6 weeks through 12 years, with a supportive team environment and a focus on delivering an exceptional educational and child care program. Candidates should be enthusiastic, professional, dependable, warm, kind, and creative, and must have the experience and qualifications required by the State of Colorado to work with children in an early childhood school setting. Montessori-school experience is not required. Candidates who receive an employment offer must undergo and pass a drug screening test. A $400 sign-on bonus is available to qualified Early Childhood Teachers after 60 days of work, with continued employment intention. Full-time employees receive competitive pay and benefits.
