About The Position

As an Early Childhood Teacher at Goodstart Burton, you will support children’s learning and development through purposeful, energetic teaching practices. You will build meaningful relationships with families so every child feels a sense of belonging and is supported to thrive. You will mentor and inspire educational practices in your room and collaborate with the centre leadership team to develop, review, and implement high-quality early learning programs that achieve strong outcomes for children. The role is part-time, 30 hours per week, at the Burton centre in South Australia.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master of Early Childhood qualification approved by ACECQA.
• Current South Australian Working with Children Check.
• First Aid qualification.
• Active registration with the Teachers Registration Board of South Australia (TRB SA). Applicants working towards a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) may be able to apply for Special Authority to Teach if specified conditions are met.
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation & Advanced Training, completed via the Geccko platform.
