About The Position

Kiddie Academy of Longenbaugh-Cypress is seeking an experienced, dependable, and compassionate full-time early childhood teacher who believes children come first. The academy is rebuilding and strengthening its team and aims to establish a positive workplace culture based on mutual respect, teamwork, accountability, compassion, and a strong work ethic.

The role involves committing to the children served, the families who trust the academy, and coworkers who depend on one another. The teacher is expected to help create a nurturing, safe, and engaging classroom environment and contribute to a positive, collaborative school culture. The academy offers hourly pay of $12.00–$16.00 based on experience and qualifications, PTO based on eligibility, and franchise-supported professional development and training opportunities.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of classroom experience in a licensed childcare setting.
• Strong classroom management and positive guidance skills.
• A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
