Early Childhood Substitute - St. Louis Childcare Center
About The Position
St. Louis Child Development Center in Biddeford, Maine is recognized as a 5-Star Quality Childcare Center. We are seeking an on-call Early Childhood Substitute. The substitute teacher will be actively engaged with and observe the children while supporting, promoting, enhancing, and facilitating learning situations. We value the role our teaching professionals have played in our nearly 50-year history of providing holistic, child-centered care. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about play, celebrate diversity, and recognize every child as a unique individual deserving of love and respect.
Requirements
- A minimum of a high school diploma.
- Must be 18 years of age.
- At least three months experience working with children.
- Must be willing to become CPR & First Aide certified.
Nice To Haves
- CDA or some Early Childhood coursework, or a compatible course of study.
Responsibilities
