Early Childhood Substitute - St. Louis Childcare Center
About The Position
St. Louis Child Development Center in Biddeford, Maine is recognized as a 5-Star Quality Childcare Center (the highest award there is!), and we now have openings for an on-call Early Childhood Substitute. The substitute teacher is the professional person who will be actively engaged with and observe the children while supporting, promoting, enhancing, and facilitating learning situations. We recognize and value the role our teaching professionals have played in our nearly 50-year history of providing holistic, child-centered care. Requirements
- A minimum of a high school diploma
- Be 18 years of age
- At least three months experience working with children
- Must be willing to become CPR & First Aide certified
Nice To Haves
- CDA or some Early Childhood coursework, or a compatible course of study
