About The Position

The Learning Experience - Billerica is hiring Early Childhood Lead Teachers to join their team. This role is for experienced educators who enjoy leading a classroom, building relationships with families, and helping young children thrive. Opportunities may be available across Infant, Toddler, and Preschool programs based on experience, qualifications, and classroom preference.

Requirements

Must meet Massachusetts EEC requirements to serve as a Lead Teacher
Professional childcare, daycare, preschool, or early childhood experience required
Infant-Toddler and/or Preschool qualifications welcomed
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Flexible, dependable, and passionate about working with young children

Nice To Haves

Lead Teacher or classroom leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

Lead an engaging and developmentally appropriate early childhood classroom
Create meaningful learning experiences through play, exploration, art, music, movement, and hands-on activities
Implement The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum
Support language, cognitive, physical, and social-emotional development
Establish positive classroom routines and provide consistent guidance
Observe children's development and maintain required documentation
Mentor and collaborate with Assistant Teachers
Build strong relationships and communicate regularly with families
Maintain a safe, welcoming, and organized classroom
Follow Massachusetts EEC requirements
