About The Position

The Learning Experience - Foxboro is hiring Early Childhood Lead Teachers across their programs. This role involves leading an engaging, developmentally appropriate early childhood classroom, creating meaningful experiences through play, exploration, art, music, movement, and hands-on learning. The Lead Teacher will implement The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum, support children's development, establish positive classroom routines, observe and document children's development, mentor Assistant Teachers, communicate with families, and maintain a safe and organized classroom, all while adhering to Massachusetts EEC requirements. The position offers flexibility in placement across Infant, Toddler, and Preschool classrooms based on qualifications and center needs.

Requirements

Must meet Massachusetts EEC requirements to serve as a Lead Teacher
Professional childcare, daycare, preschool, or early childhood experience required
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Flexible, dependable, and passionate about early childhood education

Nice To Haves

Lead Teacher or classroom leadership experience preferred
Infant-Toddler and/or Preschool qualifications welcomed

Responsibilities
