About The Position

The Learning Experience - Foxboro is hiring Early Childhood Lead Teachers across our programs. Rather than limiting this opportunity to one classroom, we're interested in meeting experienced educators and learning which age group, teaching environment, and role are the best fit. Opportunities may be available across Infant, Toddler, and Preschool classrooms based on qualifications and center needs.

Requirements

Must meet Massachusetts EEC requirements to serve as a Lead Teacher
Professional childcare, daycare, preschool, or early childhood experience required
Infant-Toddler and/or Preschool qualifications welcomed
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Flexible, dependable, and passionate about early childhood education

Nice To Haves

Lead Teacher or classroom leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

Lead an engaging, developmentally appropriate early childhood classroom
Create meaningful experiences through play, exploration, art, music, movement, and hands-on learning
Implement The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum
Support language, cognitive, physical, and social-emotional development
Establish positive classroom routines and use positive guidance
Observe children's development and maintain required documentation
Mentor and collaborate with Assistant Teachers
Communicate regularly with families
Maintain a safe, welcoming, and organized classroom
Follow Massachusetts EEC requirements
