My Gym Annapolis is looking to expand our team of dedicated teachers. We’re seeking an individual who is passionate about fitness, enjoys working with children, and values being part of a collaborative team that engages closely with families. This role goes beyond leading “Mommy and Me” programs and fitness classes. It involves relationship‑building, teamwork, and contributing to the daily operations of a thriving business. Requirements

Proven experience working with young children in an organized setting
Demonstrated leadership or management experience, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
Strong willingness to collaborate and contribute as a dedicated team player
Excellent communication skills for clear interaction with staff, parents, and guests
Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
Capacity to stand for extended periods (up to 6 hours) while fulfilling job responsibilities
Background in Fitness (gymnastics, dance, kinesiology, team sports, cheer, martial arts, or related field)

Responsibilities

Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the center, including staff training and effective communication with parents
Build and maintain strong relationships with families, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns
Develop and implement strategies to boost enrollment and retain current families
Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for children, families, and staff at all times
