About The Position

Babilou Family US is seeking an early childhood educator to support a safe, nurturing, sustainable learning environment where children can grow, explore, and thrive. The role supports the Certified Teacher in implementing learning experiences, maintaining an organized and eco-minded classroom, and fostering respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues. The work is guided by Sustainable Education®, which connects research with daily practice, and the company’s HONOR values: Humility, Open-Mindedness, Nurture, Ownership, and Recognition. The school operates year-round, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The role takes place in an active, collaborative classroom, with regular interaction with children, families, and team members and movement between indoor and outdoor spaces. New team members complete a three-week Babilou Family Academy onboarding and training program, scheduled Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The posting describes the position as an Early Childhood Certified Teacher, but several duties and the stated pay range refer to an Assistant Teacher role and supporting a Certified Teacher.
