About The Position

Beacon ABA Services is seeking a passionate and career-minded individual for an Early Childhood ABA Therapist position at their new treatment center in Fall River. This role involves providing intensive behavioral services to individuals with developmental disabilities, focusing on early childhood development. The position offers a blended work environment, with time spent at the new Fall River Treatment Center and directly with clients in their homes in surrounding towns. This is an excellent opportunity for recent college graduates or experienced professionals interested in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Requirements

  • Valid Driver's License and Personal Vehicle required for travel between client homes.
  • Comfortable sitting on the floor, standing up, and picking up children or objects weighing up to 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred for immediate promotional consideration.
  • Associate's degree in a related field with over 300 hours of experience with children accepted.
  • High-School diploma considered with at least 600 hours related experience (additional availability restrictions apply).

Responsibilities

  • Provide intensive behavioral services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Work directly with clients in their homes.
  • Utilize play-based activities and special interests to help children affected by Autism learn new skills and attain milestones.
  • Support families in helping children make meaningful improvements in communication, build better social relationships, and improve self-help skills.
