About The Position

Beacon ABA Services is seeking a career-minded individual passionate about early childhood development to join our new therapy center in Fall River. This is an exciting opportunity for recent college graduates or professionals with prior experience working with children to start or advance their career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). The role involves a blended approach, working both in the new Fall River Treatment Center and directly with clients in their homes in surrounding towns. Multiple full-time positions are available.

Requirements

A valid Driver’s License and Personal Vehicle are required.
Candidates must be comfortable sitting on the floor, standing up, and picking up children or objects weighing up to 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s Degree preferred; required for immediate promotional consideration.
Associate’s degree in a related field with over 300 hours of experience with children also accepted.
High-School diploma may be considered with at least 600 hours related experience; additional availability restrictions apply.

Responsibilities

Provide intensive behavioral services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
Work in the new Fall River Treatment Center.
Work directly with clients in their homes in surrounding towns.
Utilize play-based activities and special interests to help children affected by Autism learn new skills and attain milestones.
Support families and help children make meaningful improvements in communication, build better social relationships, and improve self-help skills.

Benefits

Competitive Compensation: $23 - $27 per hour.
