About The Position

Kodiak’s Accelerated Management Program for Exposure and Development (AMPED) is a full-time, two-year rotational leadership development program designed to build industry knowledge, business understanding, and leadership potential through cross-functional rotations, training, and mentorship. Participants complete six months of supervised, hands-on operations experience and rotate through operations, general business, and operations support functions. Successful participants are expected to transition into a full-time role aligned with their strengths, interests, performance, and business needs; a management position is not guaranteed. New cohorts begin twice a year, in January and July. Participants complete rotations and development activities, technical training, supervised equipment operation, and a capstone project at the conclusion of each program year. The position involves office, shop, and field assignments, with travel of 75% or more throughout the program.
