About The Position

Kodiak’s Accelerated Management Program for Exposure and Development (AMPED) is a full-time, two-year rotational leadership development program intended to build industry knowledge, business understanding, and leadership potential through cross-functional rotations, training, and mentorship. Participants complete six months of supervised, hands-on operations experience and rotate through operations, general business, and operations support functions. Successful participants are expected to transition into a full-time role aligned with their strengths, interests, performance, and business needs; a management position is not guaranteed. Assignments span office, shop, and field environments; schedules vary by rotation and may include early starts, overtime, on-call rotations, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Applicants must submit a resume and unofficial transcript showing cumulative GPA and, if applicable, major GPA.
