About The Position

TopStitch is Stitch’s early-career development program, designed to develop AI-enabled professionals for work at the intersection of AI and marketing. Participants join a small cohort of 2–3 peers and complete four weeks of intensive onboarding covering Stitch, the martech ecosystem, AI tools and frameworks, and client-delivery fundamentals. After onboarding, participants apply their skills to live client engagements, with continued support and focused development as Stitch’s capabilities evolve. The role is full-time and in-person at Stitch’s downtown Indianapolis office. Participants work with project teams and clients, contribute to enterprise client accounts, and learn from senior team members across delivery functions. The program includes ongoing development in AI tooling, data platforms, and marketing technology, as well as Braze and Databricks certification milestones. Candidates must live in or be willing to relocate to Indianapolis before starting and must be eligible to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Requirements

1–2 years of professional experience, including experience in a customer-facing or client-serving capacity such as retail, hospitality, account or client management, services, or consulting.
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Genuine, demonstrable interest in AI, marketing technology, and tools reshaping business operations.
Tool-first mindset and inclination to use automated, AI-enabled approaches rather than defaulting to manual work.
Demonstrated grit and creative problem-solving, including the ability to work through challenges without clear answers.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex ideas clearly and adapt communication to different audiences.
Intellectual curiosity, willingness to learn across disciplines, and ability to think on one’s feet in unfamiliar situations.
Comfort with ambiguity and a non-linear path without requiring a fully defined roadmap.
Strong judgment about when to investigate a challenge further and when to escalate it.
Outcome focus and commitment to producing tangible client results.
Must live in or be willing to relocate to Indianapolis before the start date and attend the downtown office daily.
Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Complete four weeks of intensive structured curriculum learning covering Stitch’s AI tooling, marketing technology platforms, and client-delivery fundamentals.
Contribute tangible value to client projects after the four-week enablement period, in partnership with senior team members.
Develop the ability to manage independent client communications and deliverables within eight weeks.
Work alongside project managers, solution architects, technical producers, and other team members, gaining exposure to data models, technology stacks, and enterprise marketing platforms.
Apply AI frameworks and tools to live client engagements for Fortune 1000 brands across industries such as retail, quick-service restaurants, financial services, and media.
Work with project teams and clients, bringing curiosity, preparation, and follow-through to interactions.
Build fluency in Braze and Databricks and earn certifications at defined milestones.
Participate in ongoing enablement to deepen knowledge of AI tooling, data platforms, and martech.
Document learnings and solutions and create reusable internal frameworks and resources.
Manage time to meet billable targets of 36 or more hours per week.
Communicate clearly and contribute value through Slack, email, meetings, and other interactions.
Share knowledge, ask thoughtful questions, and support the development of peers and the broader team.
