About The Position

As an Early Career Business Analyst - Strategic Operation at Gainwell, you will serve as a key partner to ITO Delivery leadership, helping drive strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and business outcomes across the organization. This individual will be responsible for developing data-driven insights through analytics, dashboards, and KPI measurement to support executive decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Analytics, or a related field.
Experience with data analytics, reporting, dashboard development, and tools such as Power BI.
Working knowledge of SQL, PowerShell, Python, or other scripting/programming languages.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex information into actionable insights.
Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

Power BI reporting and data visualization, supporting ServiceNow and Azure DevOps (ADO) intake and workflow optimization.
Creating impactful executive presentations and communications.
Managing leadership staff meetings and action tracking.
Coordinating strategic planning sessions and offsite workshops.
Supporting PI supply and demand forecasting.
Managing a variety of CTO / ITO business requests including status reporting, accomplishments, goals and objectives, and budget-related activities.
