Ealy Morning Mixer- Dough Production Saturdays at Crumbl Jenkintown
About The Position
This is for early Saturday mornings only. Great if you are looking for a part time job! AM Mixers are in charge of following all of Crumbl recipes and keeping pace of the mix plan for the day. You will be a master at timing and accuracy in all measurements of ingredients and efficient work flow. Dough is passed over from the mixers to bakers who then ball, form, and portion dough to be baked off. Requirements
- At least 17 years old (required to operate mixing equipment)
- Must be available to work Saturday mornings with options to pick up other shifts.
- Completion of Basic Food Handlers certificate prior to start date (short online course for under $10)
- Must have smartphone / tablet and able to use for required apps and weekly menu training
- Must be able to read recipes and measure accurately.
- Applicants must be at least 16 years old
- Have a knack for customer service
- Love cookies
- Crew members must be able to stand, walk, bend, and occasionally lift heavy items.
Nice To Haves
- Working knowledge of Hobart mixers
- Previous baking/production experience is a plus.
