About The Position

Our "Open Bakery" concept gives customers a front-row seat as we prepare their desserts from scratch! This is for early Saturday mornings only. Great if you are looking for a part time job! AM Bakers are in charge of following all of Crumbl recipes and keeping pace of the mix plan for the day. You will be balling, forming, portioning, and baking dough in assembly with speed and efficiency. Crumbl is NEVER boring, and we'll teach you everything about baking and creating memorable customer experiences—no previous experience needed. Requirements
- At least 17 years old (required to operate mixing equipment)
- Must be available to work Saturday mornings with options to pick up other shifts
- Completion of Basic Food Handlers certificate prior to start date (short online course for under $10)
- Must have smartphone / tablet and able to use for required apps and weekly menu training
- Must be able to read recipes and measure accurately
- At least 16 years old
- Have a knack for customer service
- Love cookies
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and occasionally lift heavy items
Nice To Haves
- Working knowledge of Hobart mixers
- Previous baking/production experience is a plus
