About The Position

The Enterprise Analytics (EA) Infrastructure Engineer plays a pivotal role in engineering robust, scalable data platforms that drive analytics development for decision-making and innovation throughout the healthcare organization. The role combines technical expertise in systems engineering, a deep understanding of analytics platforms, and cross-functional collaboration to integrate diverse systems into a cohesive, high-performing analytics infrastructure. The position applies a technical background in analytics tools and systems, networks, and security, along with strong organizational skills.

Requirements

Three years of experience in analytics administration, IT systems management, or a related area.
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, a related quantitative discipline, or equivalent experience.
Understanding of databases, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
Knowledge of analytics tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI.
Understanding of data privacy standards and security best practices.
Strong knowledge of system architecture and performance optimization.
Expertise in scripting languages such as Python or Shell and automation tools.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and innovatively.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across various teams.

Nice To Haves

Work experience with programming languages such as Python or R.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure and big data frameworks such as Hadoop or Spark.
