About The Position

The Enterprise Analytics Analyst is a hands-on, growth-oriented role on CCA Global Partners’ newly established Enterprise Analytics team. Based in the St. Louis, Missouri office, the analyst builds and manages data products, datasets, reports, research, and automated pipelines that help teams across the organization—including product data, merchandising, marketing, and finance—make better decisions. The role involves writing SQL, combining information from corporate systems and external sources, developing automation workflows, and solving open-ended business problems. The analyst partners with Technology Product Delivery and the data engineering team to move proven work onto the data platform. The position calls for an intellectually curious, detail-oriented, and investigative analyst who can navigate ambiguity, build new capabilities, and communicate credibly with senior audiences. The analyst works with stakeholders across the enterprise to understand needs, develop suitable analytical solutions, and adapt as priorities and requirements change. The role also contributes to establishing the analytics function, explains tools and methods to stakeholders, and supports executive-facing work. The hybrid schedule allows remote work on Mondays and Fridays and in-office collaboration Tuesdays through Thursdays.
