About The Position

The E&S Sr Coordinator is an integral member of Kimberly-Clark’s Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability (EHS&S) team, supporting the company’s environmental and sustainability commitments at a facility. The role identifies, mitigates, and escalates relevant site risks and supports compliance with applicable local and national regulations and Global Performance Standards. It works with site and functional leaders to deploy objectives aligned with the Global Sustainability Strategy, coordinate activities and information flow, and implement site E&S programs and standardized systems. The position addresses environmental and occupational safety risks and technical topics, including pollution prevention, chemical and petroleum management, critical assets, social compliance, and related control systems. It supports environmental and safety risk, compliance, conformance, and resource-efficiency assessments for mill operations; promotes employee well-being and a positive EHS&S culture; and maintains monitoring and connected-checking processes for continual improvement. The role may escalate issues that cannot be adequately resolved locally and determines the relevance or materiality of site sustainability topics in line with global determinations.
