The Organizational Development team empowers employees to tackle new challenges head-on. Through workshops and on-demand learning, we cultivate the skills, mindsets, and accountability needed to drive personal growth and professional excellence. Reporting to the Manager, Organizational Development, the E-Learning Specialist is responsible for building and managing e-learning environments, specifically focused on the professional development of Faculty and Staff. Working closely with the team’s Consultants and one other E-Learning Specialist, this position will support the design, development, and delivery of fully online and blended professional development programs.
