About The Position

Glenmede is seeking an E&F Business Development Intern for their 10-week Summer Internship Program, running from June to August 2027. This program offers interns personal and professional development, insight into future career opportunities, networking events, a final group project, volunteer opportunities, social outings, and exposure to professionals across the business. The internship is based in Philadelphia, PA, and is a hybrid position requiring at least four days per week in the office. The Business Development team focuses on identifying, developing, and cultivating new endowment and foundation clients, and this internship will provide foundational skills in sourcing, prospecting, and client development necessary for a career in Sales.

Requirements

Must be enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program and a rising senior, graduating between May 2028-December 2028.
Excellent communication skills required.
Desire to be in a client-facing role.
Self-motivated with proactive resolutions and a strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving.
Demonstrated ability to carry out detailed work accurately and on time.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Detail oriented, ability to analyze.
Ability to work within a team and on a self-directed basis.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Must be authorized to work in the United States, without sponsorship, for the internship duration.
