About The Position

Glenmede is seeking interns for its 10-week Summer Internship Program, running from June to August 2027. This program offers personal and professional development, insight into future career opportunities, networking events, a final group project, volunteer opportunities, social outings, and exposure to professionals across the business. The internship is based in Philadelphia, PA, and is a hybrid position requiring at least three days per week in the office. Interns will gain hands-on experience, skills development, mentorship, and career insights within the Endowments & Foundations (E&F) team, which manages investments for non-profit organizations and acts as an Outsourced Chief Investment Officer (OCIO) for Investment Committees, Boards of Trustees, and staff to help organizations achieve their long-term investment objectives.

Requirements

Must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program and a rising senior, graduating between May 2028-December 2028.
Excellent communication skills required.
Desire to be in a client facing role.
Self-motivated with proactive resolutions and a strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving.
Demonstrated ability to carry out detailed work accurately and on time.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Detail oriented, ability to analyze.
Ability to work within a team and on a self-directed basis.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Must be authorized to work in the United States, without sponsorship, for the internship duration.
